One clear path through pet care.

PawTrack keeps Pet Parents and Pet Professionals on the same booking, with each person seeing what they need at every step.

Two roles. One care request.

Once a request is sent, messages, payment, arrival and the outcome stay with the same booking.

Pet Parents start with the pet.

Create an account and add the species, routine, needs and preferences that help a Pet Professional understand the care required.

  • Search becomes available inside the account
  • Compare experience, availability and completed checks
  • See the appointment price, PawTrack Service Fee and total

Pet Professionals start with their practice.

Create a business profile, complete the required checks and choose the species, services, prices and availability that fit the way you work.

  • Work independently or as part of a team
  • Appear only when the required checks are complete
  • Review the pet and request before deciding

The booking, step by step.

Each change stays visible, so both people know what has happened and what comes next.

Pet Parent

Choose suitable care

Search by location, availability, pet type and service, then compare compatibility, completed checks, prices and reviews from completed bookings.

Pet Parent

Review the total and send a request

The payment amount is checked and reserved before the request is sent. The money is only taken if the Pet Professional accepts.

Pet Professional

Read the request and decide

Accept, decline or propose another time after reviewing the pet, care needs, requested service and availability.

Both

Keep the arrangements together

If accepted, payment is taken and the booking is confirmed. Messages and booking updates remain in one place.

Both

Record the start of care

A six-digit arrival code records when the appointment begins, so the booking has a clear start point.

Pet Professional

Complete care and receive payout

After the care is completed and the applicable dispute window has passed, the appointment price is released for payout. That completed booking is also what allows a Pet Parent to leave a review.

Reviews follow real appointments.

No completed PawTrack appointment, no review.

A Pet Parent can leave a review only after care was booked and completed through PawTrack. A review cannot be added to a Professional’s profile without that booking record, keeping feedback tied to care that actually took place.

Useful information, visible to the right person.

Pet Parents can see

  • Who is responsible for the booking
  • The appointment price, PawTrack Service Fee and total
  • Messages, payment state and what happens next
  • Arrival confirmation and the completed outcome

Pet Professionals can see

  • The pet’s species, needs, routine and relevant care details
  • The requested service, time and any preferred worker
  • Messages, booking state and payment progress
  • Completion, disputes and payout progress

When plans change, the record stays together.

Cancellations, refunds, no-shows and disputes remain part of the same booking rather than becoming separate conversations.

Both sides can see the current state and the next step, while PawTrack keeps the history needed to review what happened.

Useful things to know.

Is payment taken before a Professional accepts?

The amount is checked and reserved before the request is created. It is only taken after the Pet Professional accepts.

Can a Professional suggest another time?

Yes. A Pet Professional can accept, decline or propose another time after reading the request.

What records the start of care?

A six-digit arrival code records the start of the appointment and keeps that event with the booking.

What if something goes wrong?

Cancellations, refunds, no-shows and disputes stay attached to the booking, with the state and next step visible.

Start from the side that fits you.
